Menu Plan–Dec. 14

We’ve reached the end of the semester – the end of half of my 5th year as a college professor.  Simply amazing and humbling to me.  I give my finals at the end of the week, so that means I have some time earlier in the week to get my classes ready for the spring term.  I am thankful for that time, because we all know once we leave for Christmas very little work gets done!

To do: Make caramels, make baked oatmeal
